We offer Chef Prepared meals that are made "from scratch" and from the finest ingredients. Our facilities are inspected by and consistently achieve and exceed the highest standards set by the New York State Department of Health. AYS Rochester has been created by a dedicated team of experienced service-oriented professionals who realize the need today for high-quality meal delivery directly to the home.
The President of AYS Rochester, James Ferrari, is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America with over twenty years experience in the food service industry. Our Executive Chef has enjoyed a twenty year career in food service primarily as executive chef at various country clubs and also owned and operated his own full-service restaurant. All of our food preparation professionals are ServSafe Certified to insure that all food items are stored, handled, and prepared to the highest standards to insure your satisfaction and safety.
Two meal Delivery Service
Each daily menu includes both dinner and lunch. The dinner is hot and for immediate serving. The lunch is packed to remain fresh for the next day (or perhaps later that night)! If you order everything à la carte, the hot items will be hot and the cold items will be cold.
The Portions
Our portions are generous. If you normally ask for a "doggie bag" in a restaurant, you'll be delighted with how our meals not only provide those same portions, but have the added benefit of already being "home".

Delivery Staff
Our delivery staff is hand-picked for their attention to detail, courtesy, cleanliness, and professionalism. Criminal background checks are run on all candidates before hiring. Delivery associates will simply hand you your order at the door or will, if asked, be glad to serve it to you at your table, even on your own dishes. Consider us "Room Service at your home".

Cleanup
All food is served in high quality, microwavable, yet disposable containers. If you are unable to enjoy everything in one sitting, it's easy to simply refrigerate and reheat the next day in the provided containers. See the food safety section below for tips on leftovers.
Food Safety
Your safety is extremely important to us. Our facilities are regularly inspected by the New York State Department of Health. Our facility achieves and exceeds the standards set by the New York State Department of Health. Cooperation with health officials and keeping current on local regulations helps us to insure that your experience is risk free.
Following the meal, normal food refrigeration and disposal steps must be taken to insure that any leftovers are as safe and delicious as the original meal.
